

OSHC Uplift Advisors will receive and review individual uplift plans provided by each service and review these plans to identify emerging needs and trends across the region. The regional uplift strategy will be developed in collaboration with participants and informed by evidence to identify priority areas to direct funding and resources. The top priority areas identified by the department for the project are:

QA 7. Governance and Leadership (key area in need of development, as per NQS ratings)
OSHC Uplift Advisors will facilitate professional learning communities utilizing the Communities of Practice CoP model once per term. In addition, each region will have an allocated professional support budget to facilitate a minimum of one annual Uplift collaborative learning event.
OSHC Uplift Advisors may contact services to introduce the program and the menu of support services available.
OSHC Uplift Advisors will promote participation in QCAN Action Research projects.
