Teamwork and collaboration to enhance practice and relationships

This webinar focuses on the importance of Teamwork in OSHC and how it is supported by the NQS and My Time, Our Place. We understand that quality care is driven by educators who learn, share and critically reflect on their practice. At times, teamwork can be challenging and we need to find ways to ensure open and effective communication so that each member of the team understands the criticality of their role and how their decisions and actions impact other members of their team. Through participating in this session, you will explore ideas and strategies to be both an effective team leader and a supportive and collaborative team member.
