Community, parent and volunteer managed OSHC services includes: Parents and Citizens Associations; Governing Councils and Incorporated parent or community organisations that operate a single stand-alone OSHC service.


These sessions are being delivered as an initiative of the National Outside School Hours Services Alliance. There is NO COST to providers to attend these sessions though registration is compulsory.


Why should P&C executive, Council members or Community Managed OSHC providers attend?


Effective management and governance practices are an essential aspect of a service’s quality and compliance. For many parent and community managed OSHC providers the specifics of being an approved education and care service can be a novel responsibility. It is paramount for the Approved Provider to establish a sound understanding of the rules, requirements and best practices…
